After Hours Emergency Parts and Service
When calling our toll free phone number after normal business hours, weekends, or holidays, our automated attendant will greet you. You will be given a choice of menu options, which will include being transferred to either our parts or service department.
Service Department:
By pressing "2" on your dial pad, you will be transferred to our service department, at which point you will be prompted to press "1" to leave a message in the service department's general mailbox. By doing so, one of a service representatives will contact you the following business day.

If you have an emergency service requirement, the automated attendant will prompt you to press "2", at which point you will be asked to leave a detailed message in the parts and service emergency mailbox. Our system will immediately page the service representatives on call who in turn retrieve your message and contact you with the appropriate course of action.

Parts Department:
By pressing "3" on your dial pad, you will be transferred to our service department, at which point you will be prompted to press "1" to leave a message in the service department's general mailbox. By doing so, one of a parts representatives will contact you the following business day.
